Balance

The way and the frequency with which we keep reviewing ourselves.. our  actions and thoughts decides our personality as a well coordinated nature depends on it. Our attitude – which I believe the only factor which decides our success or failure, is built up by the ‘reviewing ourselves’ process..If we are really concerned and social we are bound to follow a never ending, tiring, necessary, effective, fruitful process ‘Balance’..

Read somewhere that no success at work can compensate for failure at home. History is full of examples of successful people with miserable personal, social lives..don’t relate or misunderstood this for those who have devoted their entire life for the sake of crazynesss toward work, adventure, science, innovations..Here it is about negligence of small things to enlarge the fame, feed false ego. CB has rightly said..there is no pleasure in getting a promotion on the day of  your divorce..Balance..is ..what a housewife has to do in roles as a mother and as a Wife, balance is what  a student has to do between work and play, balance.. is what a young chap has to do between career and friends, balance is  anger management, balance is time management, balance is never forgetting the past - good or bad and never allowing it to dominate on future, balance is what a diabetic has to do in sugar intake(..!).balance is real aggressiveness, balance is relationship management...and with all these balance is striking when it is hot, balance is in keeping motivated ourselves, balance is success and balance is in firm belief that I have to go far, balance is in repeating ‘All is well’..Balance is ...terminating this never ending list here!

In a shivering cold its 00.00 hrs at night in a calm night at Joburg I wish to thank all you ‘Brave’ guys who completed reading the above paragraphs! Its sometimes difficult to suppress real ‘me’! Tomorrow is Saturday..what are the plans guys? When I think of Saturday I see my father’s face with a Kesari Tilak on his forehead as he is used to visit Hanuman temple nearby our town regularly. Today when I see some of his habits and commitments I feel very tiny in front of his personality full of  struggle and his constant care towards our actions. Even today when I call him, I really crave for his words saying,  ‘Wear full clothes and cover head with woollen cap’!!..Never compromising in the matters of discipline, we’re brought up in a very live atmosphere..to me my father is the best example of  balanced life..

They say here is always a song to represent your current status of mind..how true! Time to take rest and end this post here..Song most played this week..Barhaan dil mein ik khayaal Ayaa...by all time green KK..

Shubh Raatri..
Forever Yours,

Mishal

Energeia

Inconsistency is the nature of life which brings within us constant fear of something wrong, fear of uncertainty of life. The nervousness originated through hesitation and unnecessary anticipations has kilo joules(Power!) to pursue even a powerful to quit.But..but.. but there is a group comparatively with more profound vision  ready to break all traditions, ready to get firsthand experience of troubles, ready to relinquish the sense of belongings, ready to imagine wild and creative, ready to break conventional ideas. The group who believes and whose subconscious have agreed on the fact that nothing  comes with ease..without striving for it, struggling for it, dreaming for it…They call them youth, youngistaan and I would like to call them kilojoules..Energeia. And being one among  enrgeia gang,I enjoy enormous pride in claiming “Yeh hai youngistaan meri jaan..”
We work, live, survive and dance to nature’s tune with lesser experience but with the intent of excellence..While writing this its Sport 6 on my TV showing 800m race among youth!.A race between fountains of energeia and time,microseconds..microseconds of desperate attempts..
And..here..Weather is getting chill day by day, yesterday it was recorded -1 deg. Celcious and they say its just the starting..Mummy!.. I miss ‘Raab’ (A traditional Gujarati drink, major ingradients are Ghee and Jaggery)made by your magical hands.Added some new friends in Petrichor. And Yes a form from head quarters to take a little pride on myself !Ha ha..And finally Day’s gift, song suggestion from Younger bro..‘Naina’ from the movie 'Kuchh Love Jaisa'..a song more chill then Joburg weather currently!..hear and fall in love with it..

Watching news of my favourite..Campaigning guru Baba Ramdev on only Indian news channel  here and trying to keep track of happenings in my own country, the country which takes pride in its diversity..And with my very limited capacity I would raise a helping hand to this noble man. Yaaronn.. Its time for us to  get provoked.Let our reactions don’t depend on the transferred information  which is modified according to their cruel intentions….. by partial media.

With lots of love,hope and hugs…to Youth..Energeia..Youngistaan.

For you and only you… In journey of life..

Yours..Mishal

'Diya Ghumake'

Hello Reader Friends,
Will not ask how was the day..I am sure men in blues made every Indian’s day..Haah....what a match at Mohali. Great game by two talented captains.Strong start week mid and a superb comeback. Afridi  showed a great grace and played with dignity...Yes, thanks for that drops..! Thanks Sachin and Well done MSD. In two word ‘Diya Ghumake’.Thank you Team India for giving a billion of us so much happiness and unity tonight! Congrats to all Indians.Just a step and the history will get repeated after 27 years..
The day was light and enjoyed cricket conversations in office and commentary on FM channel at hotel. It feels really nice when for a single goal, everyone comes out with their inner soul involved in how to make it..all different suggestions and ideas. Left the office a bit early to watch the match..but dissappointed as it was not broadcasted in the channel I was suppose to see.Yet happy as can see the highlights. Felt closely, yes, cricket is more than a game in India.
Met with an Indian guy quite confident who offered  helping hand  in some settlements here.More than one and half month in new country makes me atleast equipped with some general sense, ideas, mindset of people, lifestyle, huge differences in cost related matters in some services and things etc.Tried to make Pulav with limited resources and the recipy directed through mail by my cute little sister.Visited car showroom with seniors  and looked some cars to be purchased for company operations. Also encountered a meeting with the personnel of one of our indian based competitor company here.
I will try to increase the frequency of my presence here with you.Happy getting feedbacks and reply for this love spreading effort.
Taking rest now.Love ,

Prayer

Hello Friends,
Let me start  with a simple apology that I missed the chance to be here with you last week.Anyway..Happy Holi to all.May this beautiful festival of trust, truth, love and interaction fill in you new energy to spread love and remain connected with the supreme force.Let falsehood and weekness get vanish from our hearts..Holi hai!!
A mixture of feelings turmoil me as my stay gets extended and will not be able to go to India to see my near and dear ones for longer.Anyway it was ultimately a ‘win state’ as I have to indulge in and learn a good scope of work .I review my inner state and feel like ‘Yes..getting prepared for true relocation!!’It is, of course not easy but being quite assured about blessings of my parents which is working 24X7,makes things easier for me.Trying to be in touch with you as many modes I know and aware of.A usual call to friends in India..be in touch. It just takes 15 secs to type ‘Hi’ and send.
Weekends are the moments to pamper creativeness in you,to get change,to have some rest. Did some shopping of food items today and suppose to join seniors and their family tomorrow to visit to a nearby place.Monday is Human Rights Day and government holiday here.So its a long weekend for me. Will get time for reading, cooking, movies & social sites.Being far from new releases, unaware of new good music releases in bollywood.
A prayer for the sufferings of  people in Japan and hats off to the men struggling to prevent total meltdown of reactors. God give them strength and power..Felt really nice when heard of special Kingfisher  flight arranged by L&T for the employees to bring them back from Japan.
Thank you for being with me...Love to all.
Be healthy, respect your parents and live life as much as you can..
Shubh Ratri..

Microseconds

Hello Guys,
Life is all about enjoying it in whatever you are doing. Yes , this simple fact has took me  years and lot of friend-minutes to understand that.Love to my younger brother who is actually is my elder bro(!!) to teach me all this..Done lot of R&D in random matters but left this topic which could have been taken earlier. You sometimes be lucky to get your choice of work, sometimes grab the opportunity, sometimes snatch the same. But the most difficult and most beautiful part is to enjoy whichever work you get in your part.God has made me lucky to encounter such people who have directly or indirectly tought me how to live life in hardest, strange, crucial circumstances and how to deal with strange work, people, subject and substances.Want to learn more and more in this lifetime from such people and wanna start living every microseconds..
The most crucial part in our developmental process towards getting ready to acquire the skills to enjoy life is to be strong and the second one is to be independent. Strong in the matter to bear and support the environment surrounding you and independent in the sense you don’t allow to cover your thinking with any permanent ideology keeping in mind the only permanent truth is change and one who is flexible and capable enough wins ultimate race.Ohh..please don’t mind  as I sound a lil philosophical but it just came out without effort..!!
Day today was good and didn’t require any effort from my side to remain active.Made Biriyani  and was nice enough to make me feel like home. Some ‘to do’ for the upcoming week are: want to start learning Afrikaans,Want to see minimum 5 movies, want to make new friends here and  want to learn more at work..
Hope you guys are rocking and  enjoyed your week.May God give you  more and more energy and freshness to love life..
    Yours in this beautiful journey..
Lots of love,
Mishal

Need

Hello Reader Friends,
Spent the day in doing cooking, talking with workers around, seeing match and chatting with friends on Facebook..such a nice site it is.I have met many of my friends after 4-5 years and longer on it..Thanks Mark..Good Job done!
Necessity is the mother of Invention.First time in my life I made Sabjee  on my own and was up to expectation. We learn many things when we are in need and when we get no alternate.Life has tought me many thing like this way.You crave for something and God considers you for that.Lonelyness and work pressure makes you more religious sometimes.Need is the show maker. It is the necessity that has built history.Necessity makes one more brave, more alert, more powerful.Thoughts gets more clear making one result oriented.Necessity makes one to challenge his own boundaries and limitation and just break the records.Necessity makes one more responsible son, daughter,Father, mother, brother and sister. It  also helps one to identify true friends.
Spent the day alone with a small talk with other guys.Comparing how India is great in some matters. We have many things to retain and many things to develope. We can be best and challenge the excellence.Even though many difficulties our countrymen are proving themselves..Cheers a lot.
So good luck to you guys to excel in your areas..Enjoy life &  work..
Yours always,
Mishal

Music

Hello Readers,
Rhythm is the way nature moves. Whether waves of sea, movement of trees in the air or dance of youngsters in college DJ..One thing common in them is rhythm. Was just listening to songs of Kishor Da and thought it would be nice topic in today’s writing.

Feeling drastic changes in every aspect of my life from food, language,  general etiquettes, circle of acqintance and much more  but one thing in my life is still common and will remain.. is Indian music. My days starts with the cool and romantic bollywood songs from my cell and ends with the same sensational music.I have always felt lucky about these sweet addiction. While in car, ‘Lotus FM’ which is an  Indian FM channel at Joburg makes us feel like as if we are driving on some Indian roads.Few days back started a community named ‘Indian Ocean Band Fan Club’ just to share my interest in such contemporary Indian music .It’s like swimming in the cool waters..we  never feel like coming out! The more we listen to this music the more we get addicted to it and feel like having a daily dose of 20 to 30 mins !Luckily they have spread like anything in last few years and are famous beyond the Indian borders today. Music has the power to break the barriers and push you beyond your  natural psychotic limitations. It’s the medicine with apparently no side effects, music is continuous innovation  ,music is the force with fuel of love, music is communication with inner self, music is selflessness!!

Hitting the bed now , pressing the paused button and its just the beautiful and most romantic song ever..'Tumse Hi'..from the movie Jab We Met... See you tomorrow.

Good night  and love to all....
Yours..forever.

Advise

Hello readers,
Just take a deep breath and ask yourself to recollect the moment when you needed advice from your well wishers desperately.Recall whose advice guided you or you followed ultimately.Life is full of people who are ready and willing to advise you any time.I have a great liking for the people who gives you an advice even unasked..as because as you grow up in your work area you feel that you need advisors charging highly for the same advices even not giving guaranty for truthfullness of their advice which you used to get free from your well wishers as a child or friend.
Hope you  enjoyed and lived your Sunday on full tune.On my side it was some what boring as I had nobody to talk with(except that short chats on Facebook) me here at hotel.Eventhough I grabbed the chance of listening from security guard here. His name is James and he showed a good interest in talking with me.He has good respect towards Indians and due to that respect he innocently told me that he wanted to come to India and do job there. He said me that am a good guy as I dont smoke!I took promise from him to be good as me by quitting smoking! He is Zimbabwein and works here.He had a good pride over his country and said Patels from India enjoy high position in business there. He said he had three girlfriends(!)and wanted to buy a car if his boss supported him financially..He uttered innocently that you Indians are richer and i(me) will be probably able to purchase my own car earlier than him..!!In all this conversation what I was interested in was his innocent and childlike talks which he shared considering me as friend. At the end he invited  me to go to him whenever I feel discomfort due to lonelyness.
The atmosphere was clear and a bit cool here.A calm and lonely day with just that security alert noices breaking silence frequently in between. My learning from the day was you give your love and affection and get it in return.Love is the way of life.We are born to spread love in one form or other.i missed my parents and brother a lot today..so shall I do this whole month..
Have a healthy and happy time..with a huge bunch of love..

Yours..Mishu

Playstation

Dear readers,
Have you ever compared life wid playstation..may be.Thats exactly what  life is.You press the buttons of your remote and see for winning or losing on the screen. No matter whatever you get you are ready to play again with in the next round or same. The continuous play gives a feeling of acquired experience with which one is set to challenge opponents or CPU...we all play the same games but perseverence and patience diferentiates us.Same is with life.
This is my first blog in public and while writing this from Johannesburg,South Africa its raining lightly outside making a bit hard for me to be conscious and write intentionally anything. The words expressed here all expessed my dancing fingers does not guarentee to touch you..!!

Today, visited Fortsburg where you can see a lot of Indian shops along with shops of Pakistani people..Believe me I had never thought that seeing  shops of Pak people will give me such a sense like home.Experienced happiest moment while eating the alloo paratha with Indian songs in background served by a african black lady.Giving tips to the waiters and care takers is a common and a gentle way to express your love and response towards them here.
At my hotel a care taker named Forstar daily greets me in the morning with a cute smile, gave a real sense of responsibility yesterday when due to absence of the Chef at hotel he brought me dinner from outside, standing in queue for about 2 and half and hours as it was weekend yetserday..
'You have to change or circumstances changes you forcibly' I remember these words from my grandpa said when I was small...accept and welcome the positive change.Change is the filter which takes out 'better you'.You cant explore your inner untill and unless you feel and try.Meeting and communicating with different people and listening from them about their destination,goal...mottos..their driving forces..
My driving force,a message in my Inbox, which is from my father which he sent me when I was starting for RSA.Want to write a lot and listen from you yours perspectives and views.
Always yours and with you in this journey called life..Lots of love........see you tomorrow..
